A first sample of the music from the next Silent Hill game.

Trying to think of a first real post for this thing, this is probably as good a topic-as any.

Via The Escapist today, I've found a short sample of music from the next installment in the SH series, Silent Hill: Downpour. It's the first Silent Hill game to come out since the previous composer for the series, Akira Yamaoka, left the scene. The music has instead been picked up by Daniel Licht, who has done work on Dexter, among other things. You can listen to it on youtube here.

My opinion? Not bad, though nothing can replace the style of the old music.
